Ceconi’s epitomises the cuisine of this region: a nationwide arc which begins in Salzburg and spans over High Tauern and Carinthia, ending in the region of Veneto and Istria.

The craftsmanship of the cuisine, passion for detail and the quality of the ingredients, using only the best and freshest of products from all of these regions are all part of Jörg Wörther’s and Ceconi’s philosophy, tracing back to the roots of the Austrian kitchen where its essence and diversity of the region can be newly discovered.
